2. Products & Authenticity

All tyres sold by EcoTire are 100% genuine products sourced directly from authorised distributors of world-leading brands including Bridgestone, Dunlop, Pirelli, Hankook and more. We offer a wide range suitable for all vehicle types and budgets, including all-season, high-performance, and off-road tyres.

3. Pricing

All prices displayed on our website are in UAE Dirhams (AED) and are inclusive of VAT at the applicable rate. We strive to offer the most competitive prices in the UAE market. Prices are subject to change without prior notice; the price applicable to your order is the price confirmed at the time of checkout.

4. Orders & Confirmation

An order is confirmed once you receive a written confirmation from EcoTire. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order at our discretion, including in cases of pricing errors or product unavailability, with a full refund issued where applicable.

5. Delivery & Fitting

EcoTire provides delivery and professional tyre fitting across the UAE including Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Sharjah, and all Emirates. Fitting is carried out by certified technicians using modern equipment to the highest safety standards. Delivery timeframes are estimates and may vary based on location and availability.

6. Payment

We accept payment through the methods available at checkout. Payment must be completed before the order is processed and dispatched.

7. Warranty

Tyres are covered by the manufacturer warranty as per each brand policy. Warranty claims must be submitted with proof of purchase. Warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, road hazards, improper inflation, or accidents.

8. Returns & Refunds

Returns and refunds are handled in accordance with our Order & Return Policy. Tyres that have been mounted or used are not eligible for return unless they are found to be defective.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Sharjah, UAE.
